Construction
Computer-based methods (CAD and CNC systems) are used to turn the vision of new packaging into a product. Our experts test new products and production methods. This means that you can be sure that we are working according to the state of the art. If so desired, our construction department can also develop new packaging types in close consultation with you.A transparent production operation guarantees product quality and helps you to calculate costs.
Tooling
At Müller & Bauer, technical know-how and creativity go hand in hand. We even produce the tools and equipment required for machining ourselves. Our toolmakers know the state-of-the-art. With decades of experience, they have the sensitivity and an intimate knowledge for metal.
Print shop
When printing, we can offer brilliant quality, thanks to state-of-the-art technology. Using electronic print templates in any standard file format, we can print your tins exactly as you want them. Your print template is analysed using state-of-the-art measurement technology and a colour recipe is created. We use only high-quality printing inks and paints from leading manufacturers.
To ensure that the printing meets your requirements exactly, we can gladly supply you with a metal proof with the original paints and inks before commencing production. This analogue proof is of contact-proof quality, i.e. the print corresponds to that of the later product.
